Introduction
Ikyu is an Online Travel Agency (OTA) channel that can be integrated with the Channel Manager. Through this integration, you can manage your property listings, synchronize room availability, rates, and restrictions, and receive bookings directly within the system.
Once the integration is fully configured, all reservations from Ikyu will appear in the Booking List, allowing you to manage them efficiently in one place.

Accessing Ikyu Setting
Here’s how you can access Ikyu setting:
- On the Channelku, navigate to the Channel Manager menu, then click Control Panel.

- Select Ikyu from the channel list, or you can search from the list by type the OTA name.

Ikyu Information
This section provides general guidance for connecting your property to Ikyu. However, specific connection instructions are not shown within the system.
To proceed with the integration, please contact your Channel Manager Support team. They will assist you with the required credentials and activation process.
Username
This field is used to enter or update the credentials required to connect to ikyu.
How to Update Credential
- Navigate to the Username tab.

- Enter the username, password or Hotel ID assigned to your property by Ikyu.

- Click the save (✓) button to apply the change. If you don’t want to save the change, click cancel (x).
Mapping
The Mapping feature allows you to connect your internal rate plans with the corresponding room and rate plans in Ikyu. This ensures enables the system to push rate, availability, and restriction data to the OTA.
How to Add Mapping
- Go to the Mapping tab and locate the Internal Rate Plan Name you want to map. Then click Add Mapping next to the rate plan.

- A list of available room and rate plan combinations from Ikyu will appear.
- Select one option that matches the room and rate plan you want to connect.

- Click Update to save the mapping. If you don’t want to continue, click Close to cancel the process.
Import Rooms
The Import Rooms feature retrieves room and rate plan data from Ikyu before mapping.
How to Import Rooms from Ikyu
- Click the Import Rooms button in the Mapping tab.

- The system will display available room and rate plans from Ikyu. Tick the rooms you want to import from the available rooms list.

- Click the Save button to complete the import process.
Assignments
The Assignments feature allows you to link child rate plans from Ikyu to your internal rate plans for reservation purposes. This feature is a receive-only function. It does not support sending rates, availability, or restrictions.
How to Assign Child Rates
- On the Assignments tab, find the OTA Rate Plan Name you want to assign. Then click Add Internal Rateplan next to the selected OTA rate plan.

- Select the internal rate plan from the dropdown.

- Click Save New Assignment to complete the assignment. If you want to cancel the process, click the cancel button before saving.
- If needed, you can remove a previously assigned rate plan by clicking Remove This Ota Room.

Settings
The Settings tab controls how your system interacts with Ikyu, including data synchronization and reservation handling.
How to Configure Setting
To modify Ikyu parameters, navigate to the Settings tab. This section contains several configurable option:

- Enable Channel: Enable this option to activate the connection between the property and Ikyu.
- Activate Updates: Turn on this option to allow the system to push rate, availability, and restriction updates to Ikyu.
- Activate Reservations: Enable this option to receive bookings from Ikyu.
- Send Reservation Voucher Email: Enable this option to trigger the automated delivery of a reservation voucher upon receipt of a new booking.
- Currency (if Different) section: Choose the currency if it differs from the system’s default. Enter the conversion rate and click Update.
- Manual OTA Update: To synchronizes rates, availability, minimum stay requirements, and "Stop Sell" statuses across all connected channels. Data can be synchronized up to the maximum date range permitted by each individual OTA (typically between 12 and 24 months in advance).
How to Configure Manual OTA
Use this feature to manually push updates to Ikyu.
- Scroll down to the OTA Update section.
- Click the OTA Update button to open the pop up window.

- Complete the required fields:
- Date Selection : Choose the duration of the OTA update (e.g 1 month, 3 months, etc)
- Room Type : Select the room type from the list.
- Rate : Choose one or more rate plans. You can also select all rate plan if needed.
- Click Sync OTA to save and apply the changes.
Viewing Update History
View the Last 10 Updates
At the bottom of the Settings tab, you will find the Last 10 Updates section. This section displays Update date and time, Room type, Rate plan and Status (success or failure). Use this log to verify whether updates have been successfully sent to Ikyu.
