Dynamic Minimum Night
Dynamic Minimum Night is a feature that automatically adjusts the minimum night stay based on availability patterns. This feature is designed to optimize occupancy and prevent undesirable booking gaps, such as "orphan nights," which occur when only one night remains between two booking dates.
How to Configure Dynamic Minimum Night
- Enable/Disable Dynamic Minimum Night:
- To activate this feature, toggle the Enable Dynamic Minimum Night option to Enable.
- To deactivate it, toggle the option to Disable.
- Length of Night:
- Select the desired Length of Stay for the minimum number of nights a guest must stay.
- Select the desired Length of Stay for the minimum number of nights a guest must stay.
- Choose Room:
- Choose the Room for which you want to set the dynamic minimum night rule.
- You can select a specific room or apply the setting to All Active Rooms.
- After configuring the settings, click Save to apply the changes.

Troubleshooting Dynamic Minimum Night
Dynamic Minimum Night feature is not working after enabling
- Ensure that you have clicked Save after enabling the feature.
- Double-check if you have selected at least one room and set the Length of Night.
- Try refreshing the page to confirm if the changes have been applied correctly.
Cannot select any room when configuring
- Make sure the rooms you want to configure are active. Inactive rooms will not appear in the selection list.
- If using “Select All Active Rooms,” verify that there are active rooms available in your property setup.
Length of Night dropdown is empty or not responding
- Check your internet connection and try again.
- Try clearing your browser cache or use an incognito window to rule out browser-related issues.
Dynamic Minimum Night does not apply to new bookings
- Ensure that the feature was enabled before the bookings were made. The rule only applies to availability gaps created after the feature is active.
- Recheck if the selected rooms and minimum night settings were saved properly.
Changes not reflected after saving
- Wait a few seconds after clicking Save to allow the system to process the update.
- If the issue persists, try reloading the page or contact support for system log verification.
