Dashboard

This Dashboard provides a summary of review performance received by the website from various platforms. After logging in, you can view key metrics such as the number of reviews, average rating, and review sources visually, along with recommended actions based on sentiment analysis.

Review Summary Cards

Displays review metrics in a summarized format:

  • New Reviews: The number of newly received reviews.
  • Positive Reviews: The number of reviews with positive sentiment.
  • Negative Reviews: The number of reviews with negative sentiment.
  • Average Rating: The average score of all reviews.
  • Average Response Rate: The average time taken to respond to customer reviews.
  • Click View Report to open detailed performance data in the Report section. review-summary

Last 5 Reviews

Displays the 5 most recent reviews along with their dates and rating scores.

  • Click See All Reviews to access the full reviews page. last-5-reviews

The Recommended Action section summarizes important items that require user attention, categorized by review status:

  • Read Reviews (blue)
    • Indicates the number of new reviews that haven’t been read yet.
  • Reply Negative Reviews (red)
    • Shows how many reviews contain negative feedback that need a response.
  • Action Required (yellow)
    • Displays pending actions, such as follow-ups or unresolved reviews.
  • Each count on the right-hand side is clickable and will redirect you directly to the Reviews page with the corresponding filter applied. recommended-action

How to View Filtered Reviews

  1. In the Recommended Action section, locate the category you want to follow up on:
    • Read Reviews
    • Reply Negative Reviews
    • Action Required
  2. Click the number shown on the right side of the respective row. click-number
  3. You will be redirected to the Reviews page, where the list is already filtered based on the selected action category. reviews-page

Troubleshooting Filtered Reviews Issues

  • Clicking the number doesn't redirect to the Reviews page:
    Make sure your internet connection is stable. Try refreshing the page and clicking the number again.

  • The Reviews page is not filtered correctly:
    Ensure you clicked the number from the correct row in the Recommended Action section. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or logging out and logging back in.

  • No reviews are shown after redirection:
    This could happen if there are no reviews currently matching the selected action category. Try checking other categories or reviewing the filter settings.


Review Source

Shows the source channels from which reviews are received. Includes review count and average score by source (e.g., Airbnb, Expedia, etc.). review-source

How to View Channel Details

  1. Hover over a channel name next to the donut chart to highlight its data, or click the channel name to show/hide that review source. hover-or-click
  2. The donut chart will highlight the matching segment in the same color as the channel.
  3. Use this information to quickly assess the performance of each review source. highlight

Troubleshooting Channel Details Issues

  • Channel name is not clickable or unresponsive:
    Make sure you are interacting with the channel list next to the donut chart, not elsewhere. Try refreshing the page if it’s still unresponsive.

  • Donut chart segment is not highlighted when hovering:
    Ensure your cursor is directly over the channel name. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or updating your current browser.

  • Clicking the channel name doesn’t hide or show the data:
    This may happen due to temporary loading issues. Wait a few seconds, then try clicking again. Also, check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.

  • The chart colors are confusing or not visible clearly:
    Try switching to a light or dark mode (if available) or adjusting your screen brightness/contrast to make colors more distinguishable.


Sentiment Words Detected

The Sentiment Words Detected section displays frequently mentioned words from sentiment analysis using a word cloud format.
This visualization helps you quickly identify common themes or concerns from customer reviews.

  • The data is pulled directly from the Sentiment menu.
  • Word size reflects frequency — the more often a word appears in reviews, the larger it is displayed. sentiment-word-detected

How to View Sentence in Sentiment Page

Each word in the word cloud is clickable. When clicked, it reveals sentences where the word appears.

  1. Click a word in the Word Cloud to open a list of related sentences. sentiment-page
  2. You will be redirected to the Sentiment page, where the selected sentence will be automatically highlighted. sentiment-page

Troubleshooting Sentiment Word Click Issues

  • Clicking on a word doesn't redirect to the Sentiment page:
    Ensure your internet connection is stable. If the word is not clickable, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

  • Redirect works but no sentence is highlighted:
    This can occur if the data has been updated or the word no longer matches any sentence. Try selecting another word from the word cloud.

  • Highlighting is not visible or unclear:
    Check if the sentence is positioned lower on the page and scroll down. Also verify your display settings or try using another browser.

  • The Word Cloud is not loading properly:
    This could be due to network issues or unsupported browser versions. Ensure JavaScript is enabled and refresh the page.


Sentiment Performance

The Sentiment Performance section displays a bar chart showing the frequency of positive sentiment words found in reviews, such as "Nice", "Helpful", "Spacious", and more.

  • The height of each bar represents how often a specific word appears in customer feedback.
  • A download option is available by clicking the menu icon in the top-right corner of the chart. You can export the chart in the following formats: SVG, PNG, and CSV. sentiment-performance

How to Download the Chart

  1. On the top-right corner of the sentiment chart, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines). download-chart
  2. Choose your preferred file format: Download SVG, Download PNG, Download CSV. download-chart
  3. The selected format file will be downloaded to your device. download-chart

Troubleshooting Chart Download Issues

  • Menu icon is not clickable or not visible:
    Try reloading the page or zooming out your browser view. If the problem persists, check if you're using a supported browser.

  • Nothing happens after selecting a file format:
    Ensure pop-ups or downloads are not being blocked by your browser. You can check this in your browser settings.

  • Downloaded file is blank or corrupted:
    This may happen if there's a temporary data issue. Try reloading the chart and downloading it again.

  • File format not supported on your device:
    Use software or tools that support the selected format (e.g., image viewer for PNG/SVG, spreadsheet editor for CSV).

  • Downloaded file not found:
    Check your browser’s default download folder or use the browser’s download history to locate the file.


Header Menu (Top Navigation Bar)

The Top Navigation Bar offers quick access to time, notifications, support, and account settings. These tools help users manage accounts and get assistance without leaving the dashboard.

Properties List

If your account manages multiple properties, a dropdown menu is available at the top.

  1. Click the Property ID dropdown (e.g., “ID: 64 – Antara Villa – Demo”). properties-list

Troubleshooting Property List Issues

  • Dropdown is not clickable or doesn't appear:
    Make sure you’re logged in with an account that manages multiple properties. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

  • Selected property doesn’t load the correct data:
    Wait a few seconds to allow the dashboard to refresh. If the issue persists, try selecting a different property and then switch back.

  • Dropdown shows incorrect or incomplete property names:
    This could be due to a sync issue. Log out and log back in to refresh your account data.

  • Can’t find a specific property in the list:
    Confirm that the property is assigned to your user account. If the issue continues, contact your system administrator.

  • Dashboard remains the same after selecting a property:
    Try switching properties again. If it still doesn’t work, check your internet connection and browser version.


Language Selection

The Language Selection feature allows users to change the interface language according to their preference.

  1. Click the language icon (flag) at the top-right corner. language-selection
  2. Choose from available languages (e.g., English, Bahasa Indonesia). language-selection

Troubleshooting Language Issues

  • Language icon not visible:
    Make sure you're on the dashboard page and logged in properly. Try refreshing the page or clearing browser cache.

  • Clicking the icon doesn't show the language list:
    Wait a moment for the menu to load. If nothing appears, check your internet connection or try reloading the page.

  • Language does not change after selection:
    After selecting a language, the page should refresh automatically. If not, try manually refreshing the page.

  • Wrong language displayed after selection:
    Try selecting the language again. If the issue continues, log out and log back in.

  • Missing preferred language in the list:
    Only certain languages are currently supported. If your preferred language is unavailable, please contact support or check back for updates.


Notifications

The Notifications feature keeps you informed about system messages, alerts, and account-related updates.

  1. Click the Notification Bell icon located at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  2. A dropdown menu will appear showing recent alerts and messages.
  3. Click on any notification to view its full details. notifications

Troubleshooting Notifications Issues

  • Notification icon not visible:
    Make sure you are logged into your account and on the main dashboard. Refresh the page or clear your browser cache if the icon is still missing.

  • No notifications displayed after clicking the icon:
    If the dropdown appears empty, it may indicate no new notifications. Wait a few seconds, or try refreshing the dashboard.

  • Unable to click or open a notification:
    This could be a temporary glitch. Try clicking again, refreshing the page, or accessing the notification from another browser.

  • Outdated or repeated notifications:
    Clear your browser cache or log out and log back in to ensure you're seeing the most updated notifications.

  • Missing important alerts:
    Double-check your account settings if available, or contact support if you believe you're not receiving crucial system alerts.


Profile

The Profile section allows you to view and manage your personal account information, including your name, email address, and sign-out options.

  1. Click your profile name located at the top-right corner of the dashboard. profile

  3. You will be redirected to the profile settings page, where you can view and edit your account details. profile

Troubleshooting Profile Access Issues

  • Profile name not visible:
    Ensure you are logged into your account. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser if the issue persists.

  • Dropdown menu not appearing when clicking profile name:
    This may be caused by a temporary loading issue. Wait a few seconds and click again. If the problem continues, try logging out and logging back in.

  • Cannot access the Profile page:
    If selecting "Profile" does not redirect you, check your internet connection and try again. Disable any browser extensions that might be blocking redirects.

  • Unable to update account information:
    Make sure all required fields are filled out correctly. If the save button is unresponsive, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

  • Changes not saved:
    Double-check that you clicked the save button after editing. If changes still aren’t saved, contact support for further assistance.


Sign Out

To securely exit your session from the Reviewku platform:

  1. Click your profile name in the top-right corner. sign-out
  2. In the dropdown menu, click Sign Out. sign-out
  3. You will be logged out and redirected to the login page.

Troubleshooting Sign Out Issues

  • Dropdown menu doesn't appear when clicking profile name:
    Wait a moment and try again. If the issue persists, refresh the page or try signing out using a different browser.

  • Sign Out option is unresponsive:
    This might be due to a temporary UI glitch. Refresh the page or clear your browser cache, then try again.

  • Not redirected to login page after signing out:
    Manually go to the login page by entering the platform URL. Also ensure pop-up blockers or browser extensions aren't interfering.

  • Still logged in after clicking Sign Out:
    Try clearing your browser cookies and logging out again. If the problem continues, contact support to securely end your session.


The Left Sidebar Menu is your main navigation tool, giving quick access to all Reviewku features categorized for easy access.

Main Sections

  1. Dashboard: View summary statistics and performance indicators across your review platforms.
  2. Reviews: Access all collected reviews from various channels. Filter, sort, and respond to feedback efficiently.
  3. Ratings: Monitor and analyze your aggregated ratings over time and across platforms.
  4. Sentiment: View sentiment analysis breakdown from customer reviews (positive, neutral, negative).
  5. Report: Generate and download detailed reports based on date range, sentiment, platform, or keyword.
  6. Competitors: Compare your performance with competitors. Review their ratings, sentiment, and trends.
  7. Settings: Configure platform preferences through expandable submenus:
    • General: Manage email notifications for new reviews, schedule automated reports, configure rating.
    • Channel: Manage the active channel.
    • Setup Competitors: Define and manage your competitor list for analysis.
    • Widget: Customize the review widget to embed on your website.
