Rating

The Ratings menu provides an overview of customer rating performance collected from multiple platforms. From this page, you can monitor rating trends over time, compare performance across different platforms, and evaluate service quality based on various review categories.

Ratings are displayed in bar charts, grouped by channel and category, and automatically update as you select filter options from the left sidebar. Each chart includes a download icon that lets you export the data in SVG, PNG, or CSV format for reporting purposes.
