Update Availabillity
How to Update Availabillity
- Step 1. Select/block dates on the inventory row.
The block dates will be indicate with blue block color. - Step 2. Input value/new inventory.
- Step 3. Submit.
- Step 4. Please check your log to ensure the update are succesfully done.
Once "Submission Done" the inventory will be updated.
Update Rates
How to Update Rates
- Step 1. Select/block dates on the rate/price row. The block dates will be indicate with blue block color.
- Step 2. Input value/new rate or price.
Notes : do not put "comma (,) , stop (.)"
example : input 500000 instead of 500.000 or 500,000. - Step 3. Submit.
- Step 4. Please check your log to ensure the update are succesfully done.
Once "Submission Done" the rate/price will be updated.
Update Stop Sell
How to do Stop Sell
- Step 1. tick "show stop sell".
- Step 2. Select/block dates on the stop sell row. The block dates will be indicate with blue block color.
- Step 3. Select ON.
- Step 4. Submit.
- Step 5. Please check your log to ensure the update are succesfully done.
Notes :
- OFF means no stop sell.
- ON means stop sell.
Submission Done and the block dates will be indicate with orange circle button.
How to remove Stop Sell
- Step 1. tick "show stop sell".
- Step 2. Select/block dates on the stop sell row.
The block dates will be indicate with blue block color. - Step 3. Select OFF.
- Step 4. Submit.
- Step 5. Please check your log to ensure the update are succesfully done.
Notes :
- OFF means no stop sell.
- ON means stop sell.
Submission Done and on block dates orange circle button will be removed.
Update Minimum Night
How to Update Minimum Night
- Step 1. tick Show Min Night.
- Step 2. Select/block dates on the minimum night row. The block dates will be indicate with blue block color.
- Step 3. Input value/new minimum night set.
- Step 4. Submit.
- Step 5. Please check your log to ensure the update are succesfully done.
Once "Submission Done" minimum night will be updated.
Update Close To Arrival
How to set CTA
- Step 1. tick "show CTA"
- Step 2. Select/block dates on the CTA row
The block dates will be indicate with blue block color - Step 3. Select ON
- Step 4. Submit
- Step 5. Please check your log to ensure the update are succesfully done

- OFF means no CTA.
- ON means CTA.

Bulk Update Availability
Bulk update now available on Monthly deals menu. This feature allows you to efficiently manage update of multiple rooms over multiple date ranges.
- Find dropdown labeled "Set" and select Availability on dropdown list.
- Input the availability number.
- If your current availability=3 and you want to set the availability to be 2, then input 2.
- Input the period that want to update the availability. you can add multiple date range by click Add Date Range or exclude any days by uncheck the days.
- Tick room type that you want to update the availability.
- Double-check the selected rooms and date range, then click submit and wait until success notification appear.
- Please check your log (below the calendar) to ensure the update are successfully done.
Notes:
- Un/Select All: Use the option to select or deselect all rooms, rate plans, and channels quickly.
- Trash Icon: Use this to clear the current settings or selections.
- Bulk Update Availability will reflected to all connected channels.
Bulk Update Rates
Step 1.
- Find dropdown labeled "Set" and select Rates on dropdown list.
- You can choose type of update rates by Set To, Increase or Decrease.
- Set to: if your current rate=100.000, input value 200000 and your rate will specifically updated to be 200.000 for all selected rate.
- Increase: you have multiple price for any rates, and you want to increase current price by specific amount or percentage.
- Decrease: you have multiple price for any rates, and you want to decrease current price by specific amount or percentage.
- Input the number without dot, comma or any special character.
- You can choose Amount or Percentage.
- Amount: your current rates is 100.000 and 150.000, if you select Increase 100000 by Amount, then your rates will updated to be 200.000 and 250.000.
- Percentage: your current rates is 100.000 and 200.000, if you select Decrease (must be Decrease or Increase) 10 by Percentage, then your rates will updated to be 90.000 and 180.000.
- Input the period that you want to update the rates. You can add multiple date range by click Add Date Range or exclude any days by uncheck the days.
Step 2.
- Tick rate plan that you want to update the rates.
- Double-check the selected rooms, rateplan and date range, then click submit. Wait until success notification appear.
- Please check your log (below the calendar) to ensure the update are successfully done.
Notes :
- Bulk update rates only working if Channel Manager already connect with OTA channel
- Please make sure when choose Percentage, you already pick type of update rates by Decrease or Increase and NOT Set To
- You can add more period by click Add Date Range
- Trash Icon: Use this to clear the current settings or selections.
- Bulk Update Rates will reflected to all connected channels.
Bulk Update Stop Sell
- Find dropdown labeled "Set" and select Stop Sell on dropdown list.
- Select value you want to update
- Tick On: Stop Sell activated and room will not available in OTA
- Tick Off: Stop Sell deactivated and room will available in OTA
- Input the period that want to update the Stopsell. You can add multiple date range by click Add Date Range or exclude any days by uncheck the days.
- Tick Rateplan that want to update stop sell.
- Double-check the selected rooms, rateplan and date range, then click submit. Wait until success notification appear.
- Please check your log (below the calendar) to ensure the update are successfully done.
Notes :
- Bulk update Stop sell only working if Channel Manager already connect with OTA channel
- Bookandlink Stop Sell are working on Rateplan Level
- You can add more period by click Add Date Range

Bulk Update Minimum Night
- Find dropdown labeled "Set" and select Min Nights on dropdown list.
- Input the number.
- If your current Min Nights=1 and you want to set the Min Nights to be 2, then input 2.
- Input the period that want to update the Min Nights. You can add multiple date range by click Add Date Range or exclude any days by uncheck the days.
- Tick Rateplan that want to update minimum night.
- Double-check the selected rooms, rateplan and date range, then click submit. Wait until success notification appear.
Notes :
- Bookandlink Minimum night are working on Rateplan Level
- You can add more period by click Add Date Range
- Un/Select All: Use the option to select or deselect all rooms, rate plans, and channels quickly.
- Trash Icon: Use this to clear the current settings or selections.
- Bulk Update Min nights will reflected to all connected channels.
Bulk Update Close to Arrival
- Find dropdown labeled "Set" and select CTA on dropdown list.
- Select value you want to update.
- Tick On: room will not available for checkin in OTA.
- Tick Off: room will available for checkin in OTA.
- Input the period that want to update the CTA. You can add multiple date range by click Add Date Range or exclude any days by uncheck the days.
- Tick Rateplan that want to update CTA.
- Double-check the selected rooms, rateplan, and date range, then click submit. Wait until success notification appear.
- Please check your log (below the calendar) to ensure the update are successfully done.
Note :
- Bookandlink Close To Arrival are working on Rateplan Level
- You can add more period by click Add Date Range

Check your log regularly to identify error happen during update in advance by:
