Troubleshooting iCalendar Integration Issues
Partner calendar does not show Bookandlink availability
- Confirm that you have pasted the Bookandlink iCal URL correctly into the partner system.
- Some platforms may require time to sync; wait up to 15–30 minutes and refresh the calendar.
- Check with your partner to confirm how frequently their system pulls iCal data.
Partner's bookings are not appearing in Bookandlink
- Make sure you have pasted the correct partner iCal URL into Bookandlink and clicked Update.
- Wait at least 5 minutes after saving, then refresh the calendar.
- If the issue persists, verify that the partner's iCal link is public and accessible.
Update button is missing
- This may indicate a temporary display issue; try refreshing the page.
- If the problem continues, contact Bookandlink Support for assistance.
Old or deleted bookings still appear
- Some iCal feeds may not immediately reflect cancellations or changes.
- Check with your partner whether their system supports real-time iCal updates.
- Remove and re-add the iCal link to refresh the data manually.
System does not pull any data after update
- Ensure the iCal URL provided by the partner is in a correct format and not expired.
- Confirm that there are upcoming bookings or blocked dates in the partner's calendar.
- Try testing the iCal URL in a browser to check if it loads properly.
