Contact Us

The Contact Us page is a dedicated section of your website that provides essential information for guests to reach out. It ensures easy access to contact details, location, and other relevant communication options. This page consists of multiple sections, including Hero, Contact Us, Location, and SEO.

Hero

The Hero section allows you to set a prominent image at the top of the Contact Us page, creating a visually engaging introduction. This section includes a Hero Image and Title to encourage visitors to get in touch with your business.

Some themes disable the Hero section by default. However, you can enable it, but it will still not be displayed on your platform. To ensure the Hero section appears on your website, check whether your selected theme supports this feature. If not, consider switching to a theme that includes the Hero section.

How to Configure the Hero Section

  1. Navigate to Pages > Contact Us > Hero Section Hero-Section
  2. Enable or Disable the Hero Section
    • The Status toggle switch is at the top of the section.
    • If enabled (green toggle), the Hero section will be visible on the Contact Us page.
    • If disabled (gray toggle), the Hero section will be hidden. Hero-Status
  3. Change a Hero Image
    • Click Change Image below the displayed Hero Image. Hero-Change-Image
    • Drag and drop an image file into the upload area.
      • Supported formats: PNG, JPG.
      • Maximum file size: 800 KB. Hero-Upload-Image
    • Select the image and close the Image Galleries, then click the Save button. Hero-Select-Image
    • If you want to delete an image and upload a new one, follow these steps:
      • In the upload area, click the red icon at the bottom right of the image.
      • A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. You have two options:
        • Click OK to confirm and permanently delete the image, or click Cancel to keep it. Hero-Delete-Image
  4. Edit the Title
    • Click the Title field and enter a new heading.
    • Choose the language tab (EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different titles per language.
    • If a language tab is selected but no content is entered, the field will be empty.
    • Example:
      • English: "Get In Touch With Us"
      • Indonesian: "Hubungi Kami"
    • Click the Save button to save changes. Hero-Title

Troubleshooting Hero Section Issues

If you encounter any issues while configuring the Hero section, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Hero section not visible on the contact us page?

  • Ensure that the Status toggle switch is enabled (green).
  • Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
  • Check if your website theme supports the Hero section.

Title or Sub Title is not updating

  • Verify that you have selected the correct language tab before editing.
  • Save changes and refresh the page to see the updates.
  • Try editing in an incognito browser window to rule out cache issues.

Text is missing in some languages

  • Make sure each language tab (EN, ID, JA, TH) has content filled in.
  • If a language is missing content, the field may appear empty.

Unable to upload a Hero Image

  • Ensure that the image format is PNG or JPG and does not exceed 800 KB.
  • Try uploading from a different browser or device.
  • Clear your browser cache and attempt the upload again.

Changes are not saving

  • Make sure to click the Save button after editing, so the changes are saved.
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Log out and log back in, then attempt to make changes again.
  • Try reloading the page and re-entering the information.
  • Clear your browser cache and retry the update.
  • If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.

Contact Us

The Contact Us section allows you to display essential information about your business, including a Title, Short Description, Contact Image, and a Sub Title. This section helps visitors learn more about your hotel and find ways to get in touch.

How to Configure the Contact Us Section

  1. Navigate to Pages > Contact Us > Contact Us Section Contact-Us-Section
  2. Enable or Disable the Contact Us Section
    • The Status toggle switch is at the top of the section.
    • If enabled (green toggle), the Contact Us section will be visible on the website.
    • If disabled (gray toggle), the Contact Us section will be hidden. Contact-Us-Status
  3. Edit the Title
    • Click the Title field and enter a new Title.
    • Choose the language tab (EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different titles per language.
      • If a language tab is selected but no content is entered, the field will be empty.
      • Example:
        • English: "Get In Touch With Us"
        • Indonesian: "Hubungi Kami"

  4. Edit the Short Description
    • Modify the text in the Short Description field to provide a brief overview of your business.
    • Each language has a separate input field.
    • Example:
      • English: "Discover a world of comfort, luxury, and unparalleled hospitality at Hoteller. Nestled in the heart of the city, our exquisite hotel is your home away from home, where every stay is a memorable experience."
      • Indonesian: "Temukan dunia kenyamanan, kemewahan, dan keramahan terbaik di Hoteller. Hotel kami adalah rumah kedua Anda, tempat setiap kunjungan menjadi pengalaman yang berkesan."
    • Click the Save button to save changes. Contact-Us-Short-Description
  5. Change a Contact Us Image
    • Click Change Image under the displayed Contact Main Image or Contact Small Image. Contact-Us-Change-Image
    • Drag and drop an image file into the upload area.
      • Supported formats: PNG, JPG.
      • Maximum file size: 800 KB. Contact-Us-Upload-Image
    • Select the image and close the Image Galleries, then click the Save button. Contact-Us-Select-Image

Location

The Location Section allows you to provide visitors with clear directions to your hotel. This section includes a Title and Short Description, which can be customized in multiple languages. You can use this section to guide guests on how to reach your hotel using various transportation options, such as taxis, public transport, or airport transfers.

How to Configure the Location Section

  1. Navigate to Pages > Contact Us > Location Location-Section

SEO

The SEO section helps improve the visibility of your hotel website on search engines by optimizing Metadata, Keywords, a Thumbnail Image and Description. By configuring this section properly, you can enhance your website’s search ranking and attract more visitors.

How to Configure the SEO Section

  1. Navigate to Pages > Contact Us > SEO SEO-Section
  2. Enter the Title
    • Click the Title field and enter an SEO-friendly heading.
    • The title should be clear, descriptive, and contain relevant keywords.
    • Choose the language tab (EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different titles per language.
    • Example:
      • English: "Contact Us - Family-Friendly Resort Your Ultimate Outdoor Escape"
      • Indonesian: "Hubungi Kami - Resor Ramah Keluarga untuk Liburan Outdoor Terbaik"
    • Click the Save button to save changes. SEO-Title
  3. Add Keywords
    • In the Keywords field, enter relevant keywords separated by commas (e.g., "resorts, family resort, holiday, hotel website, outdoor").
    • Each language can have a different Keywords. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different keywords per language.
    • Example:
      • English: "resorts, family resort, holiday, hotel website, outdoor"
      • Indonesian: "resor, resor keluarga, liburan, website hotel, kegiatan luar ruangan"
    • Click the Save button to save changes. SEO-Keywords
  4. Change a Thumbnail Image
    • Click Change Image to upload a thumbnail image that represents your page when shared on social media. changeimage
    • Drag and drop an image file into the upload area.
      • Supported formats: PNG, JPG.

    • Select the image and close the Image Galleries, then click the Save button. SEO-Select-Image
