Special Offers List

The Special Offers List section allows you to create and manage promotional deals on your website. You can set up special offers and exclusive packages to attract more customers and enhance booking opportunities. This section provides options to manage the availability, pricing, images, and descriptions of special offers, ensuring a well-structured and appealing presentation. Additionally, you can enable or disable specific special offers based on your marketing strategy.

How to Add New Listings​

This section explains how to add a new special offers listing to the platform, divided into two main parts: Details and SEO. Each section will guide you through the required fields and configurations.

A. Adding Special Offers Details​

The Details section contains essential fields that define your special offers listing, including the Name, Price, Status, Images, Book URL, and Description.

  1. Navigate to Listings > Special Offers List special-offers-list-section
  2. Click the New Listing button to create a new special offers listing. click-new-listings
  3. Enter the Special Offers Name
    • Click the Name field and enter a special offers name.
    • Each language can have a different Name. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different Name per language.
    • If a language tab is selected but no content is entered, the field will be empty until edited.
    • Example:
      • English: "Romantic Getaway"
      • Indonesian: "Paket Romantis" special-offers-name
  4. Enter the Special Offers Price
    • Click the Price field and enter the price of the listing.
    • You can manually enter the price format, including currency symbols like IDR or USD.
    • You can also add text along with the price, such as duration or per-person details.
    • Example: 276,700 IDR, $299 per night, or 150 EUR per person. special-offers-price
  5. Set the Special Offers Status
    • Click the Status dropdown menu.
    • Select from the available options:
      • Active → The listing is visible and bookable.
      • Inactive → The listing is hidden from public view. special-offers-status
  6. Upload a Special Offers Image
    • Click the Images section to upload images for the special offers listing. special-offers-click-image
    • Drag and drop an image file into the upload area.
      • Supported formats: PNG, JPG.
      • Maximum file size: 800 KB. special-offers-upload-image
    • Select an image, then close the Image Gallery. special-offers-select-image
    • If you want to delete an image and upload a new one, follow these steps:
      • In the upload area, click the red icon at the bottom right of the image.
      • A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. You have two options:
        • Click OK to confirm and permanently delete the image, or click Cancel to keep it. special-offers-delete-image
  7. Enter the Booking URL (Optional)
    • Click the Book URL field and enter the direct link for booking this special offers listing.
    • Ensure the URL is valid and correctly formatted (e.g., https://example.com/booking). special-offers-booking-url
  8. Enter the Special Offers Description
    • Click inside the Description field and type the details of the listing.
    • Use the formatting tools (bold, italic, bullet points, etc.) to structure the description.
    • Each language can have a different description. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set a different Description per language.
    • Example:
      • English: "Surprise your loved one with an unforgettable romantic escape!"
      • Indonesian: "Buat pasangan Anda terkesan dengan pengalaman menginap yang penuh kehangatan!"

Troubleshooting Adding Special Offers Details Issues​

If you encounter any issues while adding special offers details, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Unable to create a new special offers listing?

  • Ensure you have clicked the New Listing button under Listings > Special Offers List.
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Refresh the page and attempt the action once more.

Special Offers Name or Description is not saving?

  • Verify that you have entered a valid name in the required language tab.
  • Make sure to click the Save button after entering the name.
  • Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.

Special Offers Price is not displaying correctly?

  • Ensure you have entered the correct numbers.
  • Check if the system automatically formats the price based on settings.
  • If the issue persists, try entering the price again and saving the listing.

Unable to change Special Offers Status?

  • Confirm that you have selected either Active or Inactive from the dropdown.
  • Refresh the page and check if the status has been updated.
  • Try making the changes in an incognito browser window.

Unable to upload an Image

  • Ensure the image format is PNG or JPG and does not exceed 800 KB.
  • Try uploading from a different browser or device.
  • Clear your browser cache and attempt the upload again.

Booking URL is not working?

  • Verify that the URL entered is valid and correctly formatted (e.g., https://example.com/booking).
  • Ensure there are no typos or spaces in the URL field.
  • If linking to an external site, make sure the destination URL is accessible.

Text is missing in some languages

  • Make sure each language tab (EN, ID, JA, TH) has content filled in.
  • If a language is missing content, the field may appear empty.

Changes are not saving?

  • Ensure you have clicked the Save button after making changes.
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Log out and log back in, then attempt to make changes again.
  • Try reloading the page and re-entering the information.
  • Clear your browser cache and retry the update.
  • If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.

B. Configuring SEO Settings​

The SEO section allows you to optimize your special offers listing for search engines. This includes setting a Page Title, Keywords, and Description.

[!NOTE] If you do not fill in the SEO, the system will automatically generate SEO data based on the details you entered (except for keywords). You may choose to leave them blank or customize them as needed.

  1. Click the SEO tab at the top of the form. seo-section
  2. Enter the Page Title
    • In the Title field, provide a concise and descriptive title for your page. This title will be displayed in search engine results.
    • Each language can have a different Title. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different titles per language.
    • If no content is entered in a selected language, the field will appear empty.
    • Example:
      • English: "Romantic Getaway - Special Hotel Offer for Couples"
      • Indonesian: "Liburan Romantis - Penawaran Spesial Hotel untuk Pasangan" seo-title
  3. Add Keywords
    • In the Keywords field, enter relevant keywords separated by commas (e.g., "resorts, family resort").
    • Each language can have a different Keywords. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different keywords per language.
    • If no content is entered in a selected language, the field will appear empty.
    • Example:
      • English: "romantic getaway, hotel special offer, couple vacation, honeymoon package, luxury stay, romantic retreat"
      • Indonesian: "liburan romantis, penawaran spesial hotel, liburan pasangan, paket bulan madu, menginap mewah, tempat peristirahatan romantis" seo-keywords
  4. Enter the Description
    • In the Description field, write a brief summary of your special offers. This text will appear in search results below the title.
    • Use clear and engaging language to attract visitors.
  5. Click the Save button to apply your SEO settings. seo-description

  • Verify that you have selected the correct language tab before editing.

Text is missing in some languages

  • Make sure each language tab (EN, ID, JA, TH) has content filled in.
  • If a language is missing content, the field may appear empty.

SEO preview not displaying correctly?

  • Ensure all required fields (Title, Keywords, Thumbnail, Description) are filled.
  • Refresh the page to reload the preview.
  • If changes do not reflect, clear your browser cache and try again.

Changes are not saving

  • Make sure to click the Save button after editing, so the changes are saved.
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Log out and log back in, then attempt to make changes again.
  • If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.

How to Edit a Special Offers Listing​

This section explains how to modify an existing special offers listing, including updating details, images, and SEO settings.

A. Editing Special Offers Details​

The Details section contains essential fields that define your listing, including the Name, Price, Status, Images, Book URL, and Description.

  1. Navigate to Listings > Special Offers List special-offers-list-section
  2. Click the Edit button on the special offers card you want to edit. special-offers-edit
  3. Edit the Special Offers Name
    • Click the Name field and edit the special offers name.
    • Each language can have a different Name. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to modify it per language. special-offers-name
  4. Edit the Special Offers Price
    • Click the Price field and enter the price of the listing.
    • You can manually enter the price format, including currency symbols like IDR or USD.

    • Drag and drop an image file into the upload area.

Unable to edit special offers details?

  • Ensure you have selected the correct special offers from Listings > Special Offers List.

How to Delete Special Offers List​

If a special offers listing is no longer needed, you can delete it from your account. Once deleted, the special offers listing cannot be restored. If you want to display the special offers again, you will need to add a new listing.

  1. On the Special Offers List page, click the Delete button on the special offers card you want to remove. delete-special-offers
  2. A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion.
    • Click "Yes, I'm sure" to permanently delete the special offers listing.
    • Click "No, cancel" to keep the special offers listing. confirm-delete

Unable to find the Delete button?

  • Ensure you are on the Special Offers List page.
  • Check if you have the necessary permissions to delete a special offers.

Delete button is not responding?

  • Try clicking the button again after a few seconds.
  • Check your internet connection and refresh the page.
  • Try using a different browser or an incognito window.

Confirmation popup is not appearing?

  • Ensure popups are not blocked in your browser settings.
  • Refresh the page and attempt the action again.
  • Try deleting the special offers from another browser or device.

Special Offers listing is not being deleted after confirmation?

  • Make sure you clicked "Yes, I'm sure" in the confirmation popup.
  • Refresh the page to see if the listing has been removed.
  • Clear your browser cache and try deleting the special offers again.

Deleted special offers still appears on the list?

  • Log out and log back in to refresh your session.
  • Try deleting the special offers again and ensure you confirm the action.
  • If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.

How to Use Drag and Drop Sorting for Special Offers List​

You can easily rearrange the order of special offers in your listing using the Drag and Drop Listing feature. This allows you to customize the display order of your special offers according to your preferences.

  1. Navigate to Listings > Special Offers List special-offers-list-section
  2. Click the Drag n Drop Listing toggle to enable the feature.

  3. Click and hold a special offers card, then drag it to the desired position in the list. rearrange-card
  4. Release the card to drop it into place. The order will be updated automatically, and a confirmation message will appear.

Unable to move special offers cards?

  • Ensure the Drag n Drop Listing toggle is enabled.

Drag and drop is not responding?

  • Try clicking and holding the special offers card before moving it.
  • Use a different browser or try in an incognito window.
  • Clear your browser cache and reload the page.

Changes are not saving after rearranging?

  • Check if you have disabled the Drag n Drop Listing toggle after sorting.
  • Refresh the page to check if the new order has been applied.
  • Log out and log back in to update your session.
