Introduction
The Dashboard provides an overview of your website performance and key metrics. After successfully logging in, you can manage your website and monitor its performance. The dashboard allows you to navigate easily through the left-side menu and view essential data in the main section.
Main Features on the Dashboard
- Overview Report: Displays essential website statistics, including:
- Sessions.
- Pageviews.
- Average Session Duration.
- Total Users.
- Top 10 Countries.
- Top 10 Referrals.
- Top 10 Pages.
- Pageviews Graph: Shows a visual representation of pageviews over time.
- Device Breakdown: Provides insights into the devices used by your website visitors.
- Visitors Breakdown: Displays the distribution of visitors based on their type (New Visitor, Returning Visitor, or not set).
- Google Analytics Integration: Allows users to integrate Google Analytics to display detailed website analytics.
How to Integrate Google Analytics
If Google Analytics has not been integrated, the Dashboard will display the following message: "To display the report, please configure the Google Analytics integration here."
[!NOTE] Before integrating Google Analytics, ensure you have a Google Analytics account and Property ID.
Steps to Integrate Google Analytics
- Click the "here" link. You will be redirected to the Configuration page.
- In the Configuration menu, go to the Integration tab.
- Click the "+" icon to add a new integration.
- Select Google Analytics Report from the service list.
- Enter your Google Analytics Property ID in the provided field.
- Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Troubleshooting Google Analytics Integration
Still seeing "To display the report, please configure the Google Analytics integration here."?
- Ensure the integration setup is complete.
- Refresh the page and check if the report appears.
- Go to Configuration > Integration, verify the Google Analytics Property ID, and click Save again.
- Wait a few minutes as there may be a delay in syncing data.
Google Analytics Property ID field not visible?
- Click the "+" icon in Configuration > Integration to add a new service.
- Select Google Analytics Report and enter the Property ID.
- Double-check that the Property ID consists of numbers only (e.g., 123456789).
- Log in to your Google Analytics account and confirm the correct Property ID.
- Ensure you are using a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Property ID, as Universal Analytics is no longer supported.
Reports not displaying after integration?
- Wait 24-48 hours, as Google Analytics may take time to process data.
- Ensure the selected Property ID is actively tracking website data.
- Check if the correct Google Analytics Property ID is entered.
- Verify that the Google Analytics tracking code is properly installed on the website.
