Facility List
The Facility List section allows you to manage all facility listings on your website. You can create, edit, and organize facility details to provide visitors with accurate and up-to-date information. This section enables you to set facility names, pricing, images, and descriptions, ensuring a well-structured presentation of available amenities. Additionally, you can activate or deactivate specific facilities as needed, giving you full control over what is displayed to users.
[!NOTE] The availability of the Facility List page depends on the selected theme. Some themes may not include this page by default. If you do not see the Facility List page on your website, check whether your chosen theme supports it. If not, consider switching to a theme that includes this feature. Additionally, you can enable the menu manually by navigating to Configuration > Menus, selecting the desired menu, and enabling it.
How to Add New Listings
This section explains how to add a new facility listing to the platform, divided into two main parts: Details and SEO. Each section will guide you through the required fields and configurations.
A. Adding Facility Details
The Details section contains essential fields that define your facility listing, including the Name, Price, Status, Images, Book URL, and Description.
- Navigate to Listings > Facility List
- Click the New Listing button to create a new facility listing.
- Enter the Facility Name
- Click the Name field and enter a facility name.
- Each language can have a different Name. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different Name per language.
- If a language tab is selected but no content is entered, the field will be empty until edited.
- Example:
- English: "Luxury Spa & Wellness Center"
- Indonesian: "Spa & Wellness Center Mewah"
- Enter the Facility Price
- Click the Price field and enter the price of the listing.
- You can manually enter the price format, including currency symbols like
IDR
orUSD
. - You can also add text along with the price, such as duration or per-person details.
- Example:
276,700 IDR
,$299 per night
, or150 EUR per person
.
- Set the Facility Status
- Click the Status dropdown menu.
- Select from the available options:
- Active → The listing is visible and bookable.
- Inactive → The listing is hidden from public view.
- Upload a Facility Image
- Click the Images section to upload images for the facility listing.
- Drag and drop an image file into the upload area.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG.
- Maximum file size: 800 KB.
- Select an image, then close the Image Gallery.
- If you want to delete an image and upload a new one, follow these steps:
- In the upload area, click the red icon at the bottom right of the image.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. You have two options:
- Click OK to confirm and permanently delete the image, or click Cancel to keep it.

- Click the Images section to upload images for the facility listing.
- Enter the Booking URL (Optional)
- Click the Book URL field and enter the direct link for booking this facility listing.
- Ensure the URL is valid and correctly formatted (e.g.,
https://example.com/booking
).
- Enter the Facility Description
- Click inside the Description field and type the details of the listing.
- Use the formatting tools (bold, italic, bullet points, etc.) to structure the description.
- Each language can have a different description. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set a different Description per language.
- Example:
- English: "Pamper yourself at our luxury spa, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments, from aromatherapy to deep relaxation massages."
- Indonesian: "Manjakan diri Anda di spa mewah kami yang menawarkan berbagai perawatan menyegarkan, mulai dari aroma terapi hingga pijat relaksasi mendalam."
- Click the save button to save the new listing.

Unable to create a new facility listing?
- Ensure you have clicked the New Listing button under Listings > Facility List.
- Check your internet connection and try again.

Facility Name or Description is not saving?
- Verify that you have entered a valid name in the required language tab.
- Make sure to click the Save button after entering the name.
- Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.
Facility Price is not displaying correctly?
- Ensure you have entered the correct numbers.
- Check if the system automatically formats the price based on settings.
- If the issue persists, try entering the price again and saving the listing.
Unable to change Facility Status?
- Confirm that you have selected either Active or Inactive from the dropdown.
- Refresh the page and check if the status has been updated.
- Try making the changes in an incognito browser window.
Unable to upload an Image
- Ensure the image format is PNG or JPG and does not exceed 800 KB.
- Try uploading from a different browser or device.
- Clear your browser cache and attempt the upload again.
Booking URL is not working?
- Verify that the URL entered is valid and correctly formatted (e.g.,
https://example.com/booking
).- Ensure there are no typos or spaces in the URL field.
- If linking to an external site, make sure the destination URL is accessible.
Text is missing in some languages
- Make sure each language tab (EN, ID, JA, TH) has content filled in.
- If a language is missing content, the field may appear empty.
Changes are not saving?
- Ensure you have clicked the Save button after making changes.
- Check your internet connection and try again.
- Log out and log back in, then attempt to make changes again.
- Try reloading the page and re-entering the information.
- Clear your browser cache and retry the update.

B. Configuring SEO Settings
The SEO section allows you to optimize your facility listing for search engines. This includes setting a Page Title, Keywords, and Description.
[!NOTE] If you do not fill in the SEO, the system will automatically generate SEO data based on the details you entered (except for keywords). You may choose to leave them blank or customize them as needed.
- Click the SEO tab at the top of the form.
- Enter the Page Title
- In the Title field, provide a concise and descriptive title for your page. This title will be displayed in search engine results.
- Each language can have a different Title. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different titles per language.
- If no content is entered in a selected language, the field will appear empty.
- Example:
- English: "Luxury Hotel Facilities – Comfort & Convenience for Your Stay"
- Indonesian: "Fasilitas Hotel Mewah – Kenyamanan & Kemudahan untuk Masa Menginap Anda"
- Add Keywords
- In the Keywords field, enter relevant keywords separated by commas (e.g., "resorts, family resort").
- Each language can have a different Keywords. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to set different keywords per language.
- If no content is entered in a selected language, the field will appear empty.
- Example:
- English: "luxury hotel facilities, premium amenities, hotel spa, fitness center, business lounge, swimming pool"
- Indonesian: "fasilitas hotel mewah, fasilitas premium, spa hotel, pusat kebugaran,

- Enter the Description
- In the Description field, write a brief summary of your facility. This text will appear in search results below the title.
- Use clear and engaging language to attract visitors.
- Click the Save button to apply your SEO settings.
- Preview how the page will appear on search engines and social media in the Configs Preview section.

How to Edit a Facility Listing
This section explains how to modify an existing facility listing, including updating details, images, and SEO settings.
A. Editing Facility Details
The Details section contains essential fields that define your listing, including the Name, Price, Status, Images, Book URL, and Description.
- Navigate to Listings > Facility List
- Click the Edit button on the facility card you want to edit.
- Edit the Facility Name
- Click the Name field and edit the facility name.
- Each language can have a different Name. Choose the language tab (e.g., EN, ID, JA, TH) to modify it per language.
- Edit the Facility Price
- Click the Price field and enter the price of the listing.
- You can manually enter the price format, including currency symbols like

. - You can also add text along with the price, such as duration or per-person details.

- Change the Facility Status
- Click the Status dropdown menu.

- Before updating the image, you need to remove the currently selected one first.
- To delete an image, click the red icon at the bottom right of the image.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Click OK to delete or Cancel to keep the image.
- After deleting, click the Images section to upload a new image.
- Drag and drop an image file into the upload area.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG.
- Maximum file size: 800 KB.
- Select an image, then close the Image Gallery.

How to Delete Facility List
If a facility listing is no longer needed, you can delete it from your account. Once deleted, the facility listing cannot be restored. If you want to display the facility again, you will need to add a new listing.
- On the Facility List page, click the Delete button on the facility card you want to remove.
- A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click "Yes, I'm sure" to permanently delete the facility listing.
- Click "No, cancel" to keep the facility listing.

Unable to find the Delete button?

Confirmation popup is not appearing?

- Try deleting the facility from another browser or device.
Facility listing is not being deleted after confirmation?
- Make sure you clicked "Yes, I'm sure" in the confirmation popup.
- Refresh the page to see if the listing has been removed.
- Clear your browser cache and try deleting the facility again.
Deleted facility still appears on the list?
- Log out and log back in to refresh your session.
- Try deleting the facility again and ensure you confirm the action.

How to Use Drag and Drop Sorting for Facility List
You can easily rearrange the order of facility in your listing using the Drag and Drop Listing feature. This allows you to customize the display order of your facility according to your preferences.
- Navigate to Listings > Facility List
- Click the Drag n Drop Listing toggle to enable the feature.
- Click and hold a facility card, then drag it to the desired position in the list.
- Release the card to drop it into place. The order will be updated automatically, and a confirmation message will appear.
- Repeat the process for other facility cards if needed.
- Once you have finished rearranging, click the Drag n Drop Listing toggle again to disable the feature.
