Agent Setting
Agent Settings is a configuration page that allows users to manage both default online agents and manually added offline agencies or companies. Each agent can be customized with a unique color, which will appear in reports and the booking chart to easily distinguish reservation sources.
This page is divided into two sections:
- Online agents (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda)
- Custom agencies or companies added manually
Configure Agent Settings
Add a New Agency or Company
- Click the Add Agency button.
- A form will appear with the following fields:
- Type: Select between
Agency
orCompany
. - Name: Enter the name of the agency or company.
- Email: Email address of the agency.
- First Name / Last Name: Contact person’s name.
- Address: Physical address of the agency.
- Tax ID: Tax identification number (optional).
- Type: Select between
- Click Add Agency to save.
- The new agency will appear on the right side of the screen, with the same color configuration options.

Troubleshooting Add a New Agency or Company
Form does not appear after clicking “Add Agency”
- Refresh the page and try clicking the button again.
- Ensure your browser allows pop-ups and JavaScript is enabled.
- Check if you have the correct permissions to add a new agency.
Unable to save the agency (button unresponsive or no changes appear)
- Confirm that all required fields (Type, Name, Email, First Name, Last Name, Address) are filled in correctly.
- Check for invalid email format in the Email field.
- Ensure no duplicate agency name is being added.
New agency does not show up after submission
- Wait a few seconds to allow the page to update, or refresh the page to see if it appears.
- Verify if there are any filters applied that might hide the new entry.
- If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and retry.
Color configuration option not visible
- Hover over or click the newly added agency on the right side panel to reveal configuration options.
- Ensure UI settings are not minimized or collapsed.
Error message appears when submitting the form
- Review the form for any missing or incorrectly formatted input.
- Check if your internet connection is stable and retry submission.
- If applicable, contact your system administrator for further assistance.
Change Agent Color
Each agent is assigned a color code used in reports and calendar views.
- Locate the agent name (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com).
- Click the color field to modify the color code.
- Click Change Color to save the change.
- Click Copy All if you want to apply the same color across all rate plans for that agent.

Troubleshooting Change Agent Color
Color picker does not appear when clicking the color field
- Ensure your browser supports JavaScript and it is enabled.
- Try refreshing the page and clicking the color field again.
- Confirm that you have permission to edit agency settings.
Unable to save the new color (Change Color button unresponsive)
- Make sure a valid color is selected from the picker.
- Wait a moment after clicking and ensure the UI updates.
- Check your internet connection before submitting changes.
Color does not update on calendar or reports after saving
- Try refreshing the page or navigating to the calendar/report again.
- Clear your browser cache to ensure the latest settings are loaded.
"Copy All" does not apply color to all rate plans
- Verify that the agent has multiple rate plans associated with it.
- Try clicking "Copy All" again and confirm with a page refresh.
- If the issue persists, manually check each rate plan or contact support.
Manage Existing Agencies
For each manually added agency:
- Click Change Color to update the display color.
- Click Edit to modify agency details.
- Click Remove to delete the agency.
- Click Copy All to apply the color to all rate plans associated with that agency.

Troubleshooting Manage Existing Agencies
Edit button not responding
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Ensure you have the correct user permissions to modify agency details.
- Check if the agency was added manually. Only manually added agencies can be edited.
Unable to remove an agency
- Make sure the agency is not currently linked to active rate plans or bookings.
- Try removing after disconnecting the agency from all linked data.
- If the "Remove" button is inactive, check user permission or contact support.
Changes to agency details not saving
- Ensure all required fields (e.g., name, email) are filled in correctly.
- Check internet connection and retry saving.
- Avoid using special characters that may not be allowed in certain fields.
Color or "Copy All" updates not applying across rate plans
- Verify that the agency has multiple rate plans.
- Refresh the page after applying changes to confirm updates.
- Try updating one plan manually to confirm it's not a display issue.
