Withdraw Process

We'll show you how to withdraw your funds. Please ensure you have registered your bank accounts with the PayKu team.

Click on Transactions​

Available Balance​

On very top of the page, you'll see the "Available Balance" available-balance

Click on See Breakdown​

Click on "See Breakdown" button to see the details of your balance. see-breakdown

On the breakdown section​

  • You can check your balance details. For balance in "Pending Outgoing" means that is for VCC transaction that not yet settled in PayKu because VCC funds will be available after check out. check-balance-details

Click on Request withdraw​

Input the amount​

Input the amount that you want to withdraw. input-the-amount

Click on Ask for withdraw​

Click on "Ask for withdraw" button. ask-for-withdraw-button

Transaction list​

Then on the transaction list, you'll see the "Under Process". Withdrawn funds will be arrive in your bank account within 3 working days. transaction-list
