How To Import Booking

To simplify the work, we added an import booking feature. You can import up to 300 reservations per file upload with a limitation of 100 nights per reservation. For 24 hours, you are only able to upload 600 reservations.

Bookings menu.

Select the "Bookings" menu.

Booking List

From the drop down list, click on "Booking List".

Import

Then you can click on "Import".

Property Information

Before you start to import, you need to know your Room ID and Rateplan ID. You can see it by click the "Property Information"

Get all data requirment

On this sample, we'll show you how to add the reservation for Superior Double. Please check the Room ID and Rate Plan ID as well. You'll require this when upload the import reservation file.

Download Import Template

You can click the "Download Import Template".

Redirect to docs.google.com

You'll redirect to docs.google.com and Click on application.

Download sample file

There'll be new tab open. You need to save the file first to your computer. Click on "File" then "Download" and choose "Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)

Open and edit the file

Open the file from your "Download" folder and you can edit the file.

Please ensure field Room ID, Rate Plan ID, Booking Status, Booking Date, Arrival Date, Check In Date, Check Out Date, Total Night, First Name, Last Name, Country, Tax Total, Total Room Rate, Total, and Currency Code should not be blank and mandatory.

Import reservation.

Select your Excel file that contains reservation that you want to import from file upload menu then click the "Import" button.

Check Booking List

To check if the booking successfully imported, click again on "Booking List".
