Introduction

Before using PayKu Payment, you must first create and configure your room types and rate plans. This section explains how to access the Rooms & Rates settings, create room types, and set up rate plans for your property.


How to Access Rooms & Rates

  1. In the main page, click on "Settings". Then select Rooms from the dropdown menu. access-setting-room_xsvmaz.png

How to Create Room

  1. On the Rooms & Rates page, click Create Room Type. create-room-type
  2. A pop-up window will appear. Fill in the required fields. For example, if you want to create a Superior Double room type with 4 available rooms, enter
    • Room Name: Superior Double
    • Total Rooms: 4 create-room-payku_idpkfe.png
  • Click Save Changes to create the room type.

How to Create Rateplan

After creating the room type, you can continue by creating a rate plan. In this example, we will create a Non Refundable rate plan.

  1. Click on the "Create Rateplan" button. create-rateplan
  2. Enter the rate plan name. set-rateplan-name
  3. Configure the number of guests included in the rate and the maximum number of guests allowed per room. set-how-many-guests
  4. Enter the default BAR (Best Available Rate) for the year. input-price
  5. In the Cancellation Policy section, select Non Refundable. set-calletaion-policy
  6. In the Deposit Amount field, enter 100%. setup-deposit-amount
  7. After completing all required fields, click Save Changes. You can edit the rate plan later if needed. save-changes
