Introduction
The SSO login Dashboard is your gateway to a unified login experience. After successfully logging into the Bookandlink platform, you can manage your SSO account and access the products assigned to you. The dashboard allows you to navigate easily through the left-side menu and product cards in the main section, ensuring a seamless experience.
Main Features on the Dashboard
- Channel Manager (Channelku): Opens the Channelku platform in a new tab for managing channel integrations.
- POS (Storeku): Opens the Storeku platform in a new tab to manage point-of-sales operations.
- Review Management (Reviewku): Opens the Reviewku platform in a new tab to monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Webku: Opens the Webku platform in a new tab for managing website-related settings.
- Update Profile: Allows users to update personal information such as name, email, and profile picture.
How to Update Your Profile From Dashboard
Before updating your profile, please ensure the following:
- All required fields, including username, email, first name, and last name, are filled in.
- If changing your email, make sure to use a valid and registered email address.
- Your phone number is correctly entered and follows the proper format.
Steps to Update Your Profile
- Click the Update Profile menu on the dashboard.
- Modify the necessary information (e.g., name, email, profile picture).
- Click Update Profile button to update your information.
- A confirmation message will appear if the update is successful.

Troubleshooting Profile Update Issues
Profile update failed?
- Ensure all required fields are completed.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Check your internet connection.
- Log out and log back in before making changes again.
Profile picture not updating?
- Make sure the image format is JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF.
- Resize the image if it exceeds the allowed file size limit.
- Try uploading from a different device or browser.
Changes not saving?
- Confirm that no special characters are used in restricted fields.
- Try updating one field at a time instead of multiple at once.
- Clear your browser cache and attempt the update again.
Accessing Inactive Features on the Dashboard
Some features in your dashboard may be inactive and not yet accessible for your account. If a feature is inactive, you will see a "Contact Us" button instead of the usual access button. This means you need to request activation before you can use it.
How to Request Feature Activation
- On the dashboard, locate the feature you want to access.
- If the feature is inactive, click the "Contact Us" button.
- You will be redirected to the request form, where some fields will be pre-filled based on your profile:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Select the service(s) you want to request access to (You can choose more than one).
- In the Message field, enter your request details (e.g., "Request access to POS feature").
- Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy.
- Complete the CAPTCHA verification to confirm you are not a robot.
- Click Submit to send your request.
- Your request will be reviewed by the team. A representative from the Marketing & Sales team will contact you after evaluation.

If you are unable to request access or experience any issues:
- No "Contact Us" button? Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
- Form submission fails? Ensure all required fields are filled in, and the CAPTCHA verification is completed.
- Cannot select multiple services? If you need access to more than one service but cannot select multiple options, try using a different browser or updating your current one.
- Haven't received a response? Requests are typically reviewed within a few business days. If you haven’t heard back, please contact support for further assistance.
